• Chocolate Truffle – milk chocolate truffle mousse filling, hand-dipped in a dark chocolate ganache and finished with a dusting of cocoa
• Glazed Raspberry – home-style raspberry jam filling, with a Tongan vanilla bean glaze and crispy raspberry pieces
