Crosstown Cookies are crafted using the finest ingredients from around the world, including Satongo dark chocolate and Papouasie milk chocolate.
Satongo features a balanced blend of top grade cocoa beans from African countries including Tanzania, Ghana and São Tomé. It has a dark and rich cocoa body, topped with woody flavours and forest fruits.
Papouasie is made using cocoa beans from Papua New Guinea. This creamy chocolate has fruity notes of hazelnuts and a hint of caramel.
We’re continuing to use the award-winning hand-pollinated and hand-picked vanilla from Tonga and the finest cinnamon from Sri Lanka.
