Full Time Tourier / Dough Baker
Crosstown Doughnuts is an artisan bakery based in Vauxhall, South West London – We are looking for a baker to join the dough side of our operation. Crosstown specialises in sourdough doughnuts for our 11 London based shops, wholesale accounts, as well as for our Events & Special Orders division.
You must have experience as a scratch baker, rolling and pinning dough by hand. We specialise in a hybrid yeast-raised sourdough dough. We are looking for a baker who is committed to their craft and has experience is hand rolling. Quality is everything for us at Crosstown.
Our production runs 7 days a week and the shifts are from 6pm in the evening through to 3am. Crosstown has grown massively over the last 5 years and we expect substantial growth to occur in 2020 and beyond. This will offer up fantastic opportunities for committed staff members who are looking to join a team that offers good progression prospects and excellent renumeration.
We have a very clean operation with excellent modern and well maintained equipment.

Other essential requirements are as follows:
Available for 5 shifts a week including some weekends
6pm – 3am shifts (40+ hrs/wk)
Has close attention to detail and care for a quality product
Ability to work in a team environment and follow orders
Strong command of the English language
£25k based on experience + 28 days holiday
