Flavours
Yuzu Margarita & Lime (ve) – Citrusy yuzu has been combined with El Rayo 100% Agave Plata Tequila to create a margarita inspired custard that packs a punch, topped with an El Rayo 100% Agave Plata Tequila, lime, and basil glaze, then finished with a strip of candied lemon.
Dark Chocolate Truffle (ve) – Vegan sourdough with a dark chocolate ganache and indulgent dark chocolate truffle filling.
