DOUGH BITE FLAVOURS

Blueberry & Vanilla (ve) – A black chocolate dough bite filled with homemade Tongan vanilla custard, topped with blueberry icing and finished with edible flowers.

Hazelnut & Chocolate (ve) – Crosstown’s chocolate dough is filled with a rich chocolate hazelnut praline custard, topped with dark chocolate ganache and finished with shaved chocolate and cocoa crumble.

Raspberry & English Sparkling Rosé (ve) – Raspberries and Gusbourne English sparkling rosé have been combined to create a delicately flavoured compote, encased by Crosstown’s black cocoa sourdough, topped with a sparkling rosé glaze and finished with coconut crumble and a signature Crosstown cross.
