Full Time Pastry Chef



The Role

Crosstown is looking for an experienced and passionate pastry chef to join our team. We are a scratch bakery who produces all of jams, custards, filling & glazes in house. This commitment to our craft has see us win numerous awards as well as the giving us the opportunity to supply world famous stores like Harrod’s Food Hall, Whole Foods Markets and many others. 

Our production shift runs from 6pm – 3am and the bakery operates 7 days a week. It is a busy environment and team members need to be able to work precisely and quickly.

Other essential requirements are as follows:

Available for 5 shifts a week including some weekends

6pm – 3am shifts (40+ hrs/wk)

Has close attention to detail and care for a quality product

Ability to work in a team environment and follow orders

Strong command of the English language



£25k based on experience + 28 days holiday
