A fresh and summery watermelon glaze coats our new ricotta cake doughnut. This light and fluffy cake is then filled with homemade strawberry jam and topped with pistachio nibs.
This flavour is currently unavailable on the Crosstown line-up.

STRAWBERRY JAM: Frozen Strawberry, Caster Sugar, Pectin (Thickener: Low Methoxyl Amidated Pectin, Dextrose).
ICING: Icing Sugar, Watermelon Puree, Glucose, Coconut Butter, Natural Watermelon Flavour, Natural Red Colouring.
DECORATION: Pistachio, White Chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring).
