Merchandise RETURNS Policy
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiveing the delivery.
Returns are only available on Crosstown Merchandise.
Returns must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn. All original packaging must be returned with the goods.
Returns are not available on food or beverage products such as doughnuts, ice cream or cookies. Where a gift box contains food items, the gift box is not available for return.
In order to make an exchange, please follow the Returns procedure and order a replacement product from the Crosstown website.
Certain products, such as the Face Mask, are not available for return due to hygiene reasons.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, Crosstown will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected (with reasons).
Returns can take 14 working days to be processed. It is very important that the Returns Form is enclosed with the returned items to enable Crosstown to process the return.
Refunds can only be made to the card which was used to make the intial payment.
How do I get a refund?
To make a return, please download and complete the Returns Form, following the instructions to send back your unwanted item(s). The Returns Form is available for download here.
Crosstown advises sending all returns via a signed for postal service. Returning the item is the responsibility of the customer and Crosstown is not liable for any loss or damage until the returns have been received.
