HOW THE DRAW WORKS

Enter the draw to be in with a chance of ordering a limited edition six-pack box of Vegan Maple Bacon & Banana doughnuts.

100 people will be selected at random.

Please note that an Active Card Check (ACC) or pre-authorisation charge of £20 will occur, to verify the card is active. This is not a captured payment and will only be processed if you are drawn. A note for any Monzo card holders – it may appear as a charge but this is Monzo setting the money aside as a Pending Transaction until it is either released or captured. Please email [email protected] if you have any further questions.

If you win the draw you will automatically be charged £20, non refundable. If you are not selected, you will not be charged. Payments are secure and processed by Stripe.

Winners will be contacted by 12:00 Wednesday 7th August via email and must collect their box at the store/date chosen at entry.

Collection from one of Crosstown’s 13 permanent locations, found here. Please note, as Cannon Street, Fenchurch & Fitzrovia are closed on Saturdays, collection from these stores would not be available on the 10th.

PRODUCTION STORAGE & HANDLING

Our bakery processes try to ensure there are no cross-contamination between the vegan and original sourdough doughnuts. Whilst they are still made in the same bakery, all equipment and surfaces are sterilised before the vegan doughnuts are made and then fried in separate oil.

We produce all of our doughnuts in a bakery which we own and operate. This bakery uses peanuts and other nuts in some of our products. We have controls within our bakery that separate nuts and peanuts from other ingredients, and limit the ability for contamination. However, given we hand make an unsealed product, we cannot guarantee that our doughnuts have zero contact with peanuts or nuts.
