Our Iced Mocha blends Volcano Coffeeâs bold Brazilian espresso with Islands chocolateâavailable in milk or dark. We stir the chocolate into a freshly pulled double shot, then add chilled milk and ice for a cool twist on a classic indulgence. The result is a deeply satisfying drink where rich cocoa pairs effortlessly with the chocolate and caramel tones of our Fazenda Mio beans. Smooth, sweet, and decadently refreshing.
Milk Chocolate: Islands 55% milk chocolate buttons. Islands pair the sweet, creamy nostalgia of a milk chocolate with their intensely flavourful St Vincent cocoa to curate a mature, versatile couverture. Aromas of toffee and malt develop further in the flavour, leading to an explosion of buttery caramel and rich creaminess, perfectly balanced by a light acidity and fruity banana notes.
Dark Chocolate: Islands 75% dark chocolate balances a high cocoa percentage with well-rounded flavours. Aromas of jammy dried fruit and caramelised honey carry through the flavour, accompanied with bursts of fresh citrus and ripe banana, notes of dark caramel and sweet spices with a warming finish.
