Our signature vegan sourdough is covered in a subtle, warming pear and ginger glaze, filled with a refreshing blackberry, pear and ginger compote, topped with a delicate pear puree, then finished with an aromatic vanilla and candied ginger crumble.
MONT BLANC (VE)

Inspired by nineteenth-century Paris dessert Mont Blanc. Our signature vegan dough is filled with a warm chestnut custard, generously coated with a sweet cream cheese and chestnut glaze, then finished with a showstopping delicate vegan meringue.
DARK CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE DOUGHNUT (VE)
Our signature vegan sourdough is generously filled with a sumptuously rich dark chocolate truffle filling. On top, a luscious dark chocolate ganache blankets the doughnut, offering deep cocoa notes.
CINNAMON SCROLL DOUGHNUT (VE)
Our award-winning vegan sourdough is rolled with warm and aromatic Sri Lankan cinnamon before being coated with a glossy, sweet and fragrant Tongan vanilla bean glaze. A final light dusting of homemade vanilla bean crumble adds a delightful crunch.

In our vegan doughnuts, we have replaced eggs and dairy with a range of plant-based alternative ingredients to achieve the same tastes and textures we enjoy in our original doughnuts.
We use chia seeds and coconut butter in our dough, and various combination of oat milk, coconut butter, dairy-free dark chocolate and silken tofu to make the fillings and glazes.
Our Vegan Doughnuts are guided by the principle that you shouldn’t know it’s vegan by how it tastes, you should know it’s vegan by how many people can eat it (because everyone will want to).

Our Crosstown Marylebone, London store is dedicated to serving fresh vegan sourdough doughnuts, specialty coffee and a selection of other vegan hot and cold drinks.
Alongside other Crosstown locations, we’ve partnered with Caravan Coffee Roasters to offer a rotating single origin bean alongside a daily market blend. Coffee and other hot drinks (Matchaeologist matcha, Prana agave chai, Mork hot chocolate, Zig Zag tea) are available with a variety of dairy-free milk alternatives including soy, oat, coconut, cashew and almond.

ALLERGEN INFO
Whilst every care is taken to prevent cross-contamination, as they are prepared and handled in bakery and retail facilities that also handle non-vegan products, we cannot guarantee that they will be 100% free of dairy/eggs. The same is also true of nuts. In case of severe allergies or strict dietary choices, consumption is left to the customer’s discretion.
PRODUCTION STORAGE & HANDLING
The doughnuts are then packed into separate labelled boxes using separate gloves, and delivered to our retail outlets. At each store or market, we display the vegan doughnuts alongside our non-vegan doughnuts but take care that they don’t come into contact, and use separate designated tongs to serve them.
If you would prefer a vegan doughnut that hasn’t been displayed alongside our other doughnuts, let your server know and they will select one from the separate storage tray, instead.

Every Crosstown store stocks a wide range of vegan doughnuts, cookies, ice cream and chocolate. However, the full plant-based range can always be found at our dedicated vegan store in Marylebone, London.

We handcraft both our vegan and non-vegan doughnuts every morning in our bakery in Battersea.
Do You Charge More For Vegan Doughnuts?
The vegan boxes are charged at the same price as our favourites boxes, which contain vegan and non-vegan flavours.
Are Your Doughnuts Gluten Free?
Unfortunately, we do not produce any gluten-free Crosstown doughnuts. However, for large orders and events, we can source a gluten-free doughnut option if required. We also offer gluten-free Crosstown ice cream flavours.
