THE DOUGHNUTS
Crosstown’s classic doughnut selection has proved irresistible (both in the office and with our customers) so we’ve decided to use them to create our unique Congratulations Doughnuts (ve).
We started with our Dark Chocolate Truffle Doughnut (ve), a vegan delight crafted with our signature vegan sourdough. It’s a feast for the eyes and the palate, adorned with a luxuriously rich dark chocolate ganache. The real magic, however, lies within – a lavish filling of dark chocolate truffle that melts effortlessly on the tongue, delivering a powerful cocoa sensation that’s a dream come true for any chocolate lover.
Then we added our Handmade Raspberry Jam Doughnut (ve), another star from our vegan range. This doughnut, based on the same vegan sourdough, is topped with a sweet vanilla glaze and sprinkled with tangy freeze-dried raspberries. The result is a delightful crunch and a burst of flavour that dances on the tongue.
