Crafted using our signature vegan sourdough, whilst still warm, they are rolled in caster sugar and dipped in sweet, freeze-dried raspberries to seal in the fresh raspberry jam handmade in our bakery.
Dough: Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Water, Coconut Butter, Sugar, Chia Seeds, Yeast, Salt, Wheat Gluten, Rapeseed Oil
Raspberry Jam: Raspberries, Sugar, Pectin (Thickener: Low Methoxyl Amidated Pectin, Dextrose).
Dried Raspberries: Raspberry Crumble (Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Raspberries, Thickener: Sodium Alginate)
Dusting: Granulated Sugar
