Download the Crosstown Loyalty App and create an account. You’ll receive a £5 welcome voucher and a free coffee, after your first purchase on the app or online.
After that, you’ll receive a free coffee when you spend £25. Once you hit £50, we’ll give you another £5 voucher.
That Loyalty card is then complete and saved in your account to use whenever you want.

Crosstown Rewards
We’re excited to introduce the Crosstown Loyalty scheme – available online, in-store, and now via the new Crosstown mobile app.
Over the last eight years, we’ve been supported by our loyal customers, many of whom have become familiar faces in our stores, at the markets, at Crosstown Events, or regularly order online.
As we continue to expand outside of Greater London (watch this space), we wanted to find a way to reward you, our customers, as you continue to support and shop with Crosstown, whichever way you choose.
With our new Crosstown Loyalty scheme, you can earn and redeem rewards at any of our stores, markets, or food trucks, as well as online and by downloading the Crosstown app. You’re able to bank rewards and use them whenever suits you, whether that’s collecting a free doughnut in Cambridge, or putting it towards the Craft Beer Gift Box, delivered across the UK.
As a welcome gift, we’re loading up every Crosstown app account with a free coffee and £5 voucher, after they’ve made their first purchase via the app or online. Simply search “Crosstown” on the App or Google Play store, and look out for the white and black Crosstown logo.

How do I download the app?
You can download the Crosstown Loyalty app by searching ‘Crosstown’ in the App or Google Play store, or clicking the links below. Look out for the white and black Crosstown X logo.
What about my existing Embargo or paper loyalty points?
Physical (paper) or Embargo loyalty points and rewards are valid until 25.08.22, giving you plenty of time to make the siwtch.
After this date, points can no longer be awarded or redeemed on paper loyalty cards or on the Embargo app.
We encourage customers to complete their existing Embargo loyalty cards and redeem the rewards before 25.08.22 and create a new account via the Crosstown app or at crosstown.co.uk/order.
Paper loyalty stamps can be loaded onto your new Crosstown Loyalty account until 25.08.22. One stamp will be converted into 5 loyalty points.
As a welcome gift, we’ll load up you account with a complimentary reward card containing a £5 voucher and free coffee when you download the Crosstown app, create a new Crosstown Loyalty account, and make your first purchase.
I just made an order and I can't see my points
Points and rewards are added to your account once your online order has been ‘accepted’ by our team. This usually happens the day before your delivery or collection is due.
Where can I use my rewards?
You can earn loyalty points and use your rewards in all Crosstown stores and market locations, on the website at crosstown.co.uk/order and via the Crosstown app.
What can I buy with my reward?
Free coffee rewards can only be used for a coffee purchased in-store or ordered on-demand at crosstown.co.uk/order or through the Crosstown app.
£5 reward vouchers can be used on all Crosstown products, including doughnuts, cookies, ice cream, chocolate, gifts and drinks. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase a gift voucher.
Order online via the Crosstown website for the full range!
Can I use two vouchers in one transaction?
Unfortunately you cannot use two vouchers or a voucher in conjunction with a discount code on the same transaction.
You can store your reward vouchers in your account and use them on a future purchase, online or in-store.
Terms & Conditions
By accessing or using the Crosstown Loyalty program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are in addition to, and do not alter, any other agreement you may have with Crosstown, which includes the main terms and conditions found here.
Crosstown reserves the right to change, modify, or remove, all or any part of the Crosstown Loyalty scheme, and it’s terms and conditions, at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon updating www.crosstown.co.uk/loyalty and these terms and conditions and you waive any right you have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications.
This programme is not targeted towards or intended for anyone under the age of 18.

Old loyalty points/rewards

Once you have downloaded the Crosstown app, created a Crosstown Loyalty account, and made your first purchase, you will receive a complimentary reward card containing a £5 voucher and free coffee. If you have an existing Crosstown account, you will have received a completed ‘Existing Customers Only’ reward card instead.
The new Crosstown Loyalty Scheme – 10.06.22 onwards
Get 1 point for every £1 spent in-store and online (spending £5.95 will earn 5 points).
Once you have 25 points you will receive a voucher for a free coffee. Free coffee vouchers are valid on cappucionos, lattes, flat whites, and americanos. Excluding iced drinks.
At 50 points you will receive a free £5 voucher. You will then start again at zero points.
Rewards are added to your account once your online order has been ‘accepted’ by our team. This usually happens the day before your delivery or collection is due.
To view your points and rewards, log in to the Crosstown app and head to the Your Rewards section. To view online, head to www.crosstown.co.uk/order and press log in. You can then click on the profile icon to view your rewards.
The ‘Existing Customers Only’ loyalty card is for use by customers who had created an account prior to 23.06.22. It stores welcome rewards for these existing accounts. Accounts created on or after this date will receive a free coffee and £5 voucher on the ‘Crosstown Loyalty Card’ after their first purchase using their loyalty account via the app or online at crosstown.co.uk/order.
Points can be earnt in-store, online at crosstown.co.uk and on the Crosstown app.
Points are not awarded for the delivery element of your transaction.
Vouchers can be redeemed in-store, on the Crosstown app, and online at crosstown.co.uk.
You must be logged in to your Crosstown account to earn or redeem points.
Points cannot be earned and vouchers cannot be redeemed at any third-party retailer, wholesaler, website, or marketplace.
Discount vouchers are automatically added to new accounts created on the Crosstown app, after their first purchase.
First purchase rewards are limited to one per person.
Only one reward voucher can be used in any one transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, voucher, or free delivery offer. They must be used within twelve months of issue, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.
Loyalty points cannot be earnt by purchasing gift vouchers.
Reward vouchers cannot be used to purchase a gift voucher.
There is no limit on the number of reward cards you can store in your account, however Crosstown reserves the right to put a cap on reward accrual should it deem it necessary.
Loyalty points are rewarded per one transaction, limited to every four hours both in-store and online.
If you wish to cancel an order which uses a loyalty discount, please email [email protected].
If you forget to use your voucher in-store or online, vouchers cannot be retrospectively added to your order and money refunded. Your voucher will be saved in your account and can be used on your next purchase.
Loyalty points cannot be earnt and reward vouchers cannot be redeemed on custom orders and events booked through our office team.
Cookie Loyalty Card
Get 1 point for every cookie box purchased online. Other items purchased will not earn a point for this loyalty card.
Once 3 points have been earned, you’ll be entitled to 50% off discount on your fourth six-pack of cookies.
The 50% discount is applicable in-store and online.
Discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or voucher code.
