Our Chocolate Pastry takes the classic pain au chocolat and gives it a Crosstown twist, combining croissant-level fluffiness with the signature tang and depth of our soft white sourdough. Crafted with care, this pastry boasts a light, airy crumb that perfectly balances the rich, buttery layers with the silky, decadent milk chocolate ganache nestled inside.
Each bite delivers that satisfying contrast – a golden, flaky crust giving way to a soft, pillowy interior, while the luscious chocolate melts smoothly, filling your mouth with a velvety sweetness that lingers just long enough to keep you coming back. Itâs pain au chocolat energy with a sourdough soul, crafted for chocolate lovers who want their indulgence to have a little extra something.
Whether youâre starting your day or looking for the perfect breakfast treat, this Chocolate Pastry delivers the ultimate morning indulgence. Available fresh each morning until midday, itâs crafted to give you that comforting, chocolatey boost that sets the tone for a great day ahead.
This pastry is available as part of our breakfast menu until 12pm every day across all Crosstown locations.
