How are Crosstown cookies 2.0 different?
At the heart of Crosstown is our dedication to craft, always striving for perfection with everything that leaves our London bakery. For the last couple of months, we have been redefining our cookie range, taking on customer feedback and developing new innovative cookie recipes, with a Crosstown twist.
Taking inspiration from our range of award-winning doughnuts, Crosstown cookies now comprises of three crucial components, unique doughs, elevated with layers of delicious fillings , finished with handmade frostings and toppings.
Taking to the line-up first, will be:
Banana Salted Caramel – Inspired by fan favourite Sea Salt Caramel & Banana Cream doughnut, we have created a soft centred cookie with a sweet banana and chocolate chip cookie dough, topped with a gooey sea salt caramel, and coconut flakes.
Pistachio – Pistachio butter cookie dough, layered with chunks of pistachio and milk chocolate chips, topped with silky pistachio frosting, and whole pistachios.
On the 1st of every month we’ll will be adding two new cookie creations to the line-up, replacing those before it.
They will also be available in a selection of boxes, perfect for a movie night in with friends, sending as a gift direct to a loved ones doorstep, or sharing with the team in the office:
Cookie six-pack – Three Banana Salted Caramel + three Pistachio cookies (£16.95).
Cookie twelve-pack – Six Banana Salted Caramel + six Pistachio cookies (£26.95).
Doughnuts & cookie box – Four sourdough doughnuts + one Banana Salted Caramel + one Pistachio cookie (£23.95).
Six Cookies + Six Doughnuts – A box of six doughnuts and six cookies, with the option of adding specialty drinks.
Six Cookies + Ice Cream Pint -Three Banana Salted Caramel + three Pistachio cookies plus a pint of Crosstown ice cream.
Boxes are available to order for delivery across England, Wales, and lowland Scotland.
