FIVE New Flavours Join the Crosstown gang for summer!
Take a bite out of summer with five fresh new Crosstown flavours.
Our latest doughnut and dough bite flavours, joining the gang to provide a taste of summer. They have been crafted using the finest seasonal ingredients, filled to the brim with unique custard flavours and signature ganaches, then hand dipped in a homemade glaze and finished with exciting toppings to achieve that signature Crosstown look.
Doughnut flavours:
Pink Guava & Strawberry (ve): Crafted with our signature vegan sourdough, filled with sweet pink guava custard, hand-dipped in a vibrant strawberry glaze, then finished with a sprinkling of vanilla crumble and freeze dried strawberries.
Yuzu Margarita & Lime (ve): Citrusy yuzu has been combined with tequila to create a margarita inspired custard that packs a punch, topped with a lime and basil glaze, then finished with a strip of candied lemon.
Mango & Passion Fruit: A fresh mango and passion fruit glaze coats our mango cake doughnut. A layer of white chocolate-mango ganache is piped between the two cake layers, then topped with a tropical medley of freeze dried mango, passion fruit, and pineapple.
Chocolate & Banana: Creamy banana custard is piped into our black cocoa dough, topped with a generous coating of chocolate ganache, and then covered in caramelised pecan nibs.
The four new doughnut flavours are now available in-store and online, providing a sweet taste of the summer months.
Joining the classic Crosstown doughnuts, we have a fun-sized dough bite joining the line-up, the perfect bite-size sweet-treat for those afternoon pick-me-ups.
Iced Chai & Apricot (ve): An aromatic iced chai and apricot custard has been encased in our award-winning vegan sourdough, coated in a apricot glaze, topped with a salted caramel crunch, then finished with our signature Crosstown cross.
Individual doughnut and dough bite flavours are now available in-store across all Crosstown locations, and in a selection of doughnut boxes for same-day and on-demand. Order via the Crosstown app or website for delivery across England, Wales and lowland Scotland.
