Introducing the Crosstown Doughnut Burger at Burger & Lobster!

When two worlds collide, the ultimate sweet and savoury collaboration is born. 

We’ve teamed up with premium dining destination Burger & Lobster for their first brand collaboration dish in London, to bring a surprising and thought-provoking new menu item to their restaurants.

Crosstown Doughnut Burger – The limited-edition doughnut burger will consist of three smashed beef patties, fried red onion, crispy smoked bacon and a tangy blue cheese sauce, served in Crosstown’s signature Tongan Vanilla Bean Glaze Doughnut. (£20)

The new Crosstown Doughnut burger features our very own elevation of the classic Tongan Vanilla Bean Glaze Doughnut, in place of the humble brioche bun.

Crosstown is known for being a scratch bakery, everything is handmade, with fresh doughnuts produced every morning delivered direct to our stores. And, now to your local Burger & Lobster to be used as a burger bun – might be the freshest burger you’ve ever eaten.

The indulgent new offering will be available in all Burger & Lobster locations across the capital from 25th October 2023 until the end of the year.
