COMMEMORATE ANZAC Day with crosstown

ANZAC Day is a national day of remembrance in Australia and New Zealand, which takes place on the 25th April.
Crosstown has firm roots in both countries, and we are proud to give Aussies and Kiwis a taste of home.

TIM TAM Doughnut

The Crosstown Tim Tam doughnut features our chocolate sourdough filled with a chocolate custard made from Tim Tams, topped with a Tim Tam milk chocolate ganache and crushed Tim Tam pieces.

Available for pre-order now, with limited stock available in-store from the 19th – 25th April.

The Lamnut

Our beloved Lamnut reimagines a classic lamington in Crosstown cake doughnut form. Featuring our cake dough with a layer of homemade raspberry jam through the middle, dipped in dark chocolate and rolled in desiccated coconut.

Available to pre-order now, direct from the Crosstown website here.

Anzac day

A box of six or twelve limited edition Tim Tam and Lamnut doughnuts, available for collection or delivery from the 19th – 25th April.

A nationwide delivery option is also available here, featuring the Lamnut and Tongan Vanilla Bean Glaze doughnuts.

Available with delivery from the 19th – 25th April 2021. Due to the custard filling, the Tim Tam doughnut will be replaced by the Dark Chocolate Truffle for nationwide delivery. Limited stock will be available at all Crosstown locations and on-demand between these dates. Order online for guaranteed delivery. Find your nearest Crosstown here.

Crosstown prides itself on utilising the best quality ingredients whilst making everything in house – whether a jam, compote, glaze, filling or topping.

The limited edition Tim Tam doughnut is not vegetarian due to the cochineal colour used.

Please note, the flowers will arrive in a box for the purpose of safe handling and transit.

Our bakery processes try to ensure there are no cross-contamination between the vegan and original sourdough doughnuts. Whilst they are still made in the same bakery, all equipment and surfaces are sterilised before the vegan doughnuts are made and then fried in separate oil.

We produce all of our doughnuts in a bakery which we own and operate. This bakery uses peanuts and other nuts in some of our products. We have controls within our bakery that separate nuts and peanuts from other ingredients, and limit the ability for contamination. However, given we hand make an unsealed product, we cannot guarantee that our doughnuts have zero contact with peanuts or nuts.
