It is then dipped in a crunchy pistachio and orange blossom glaze, and finished with kataifi hair and pistachio nibs.
The goat cheese offers a tangy and creamy richness, balanced by the delicate floral notes of orange blossom. The rich custard is perfectly complemented by a light, slightly citrussy pistachio and orange blossom glaze, which gives the doughnut a sweet, nutty crunch.
