Our signature sourdough creates a delicately flavoured doughnut liberally filled with a tantalizingly sweet and crisp Sauvignon Blanc and strawberry ganache. The doughnut is then topped with a Sauvignon Blanc and strawberry glaze. Complementing this we topped the doughnut with a home made vegan Sauvignon Blanc jelly, for a unique, refined texture before crowning it with a delicate red rose petal.
