Inside our signature sourdough, citrusy yuzu has been harmoniously combined with El Rayo 100% Agave Plata Tequila to create a margarita inspired custard that packs a punch, filled with bright citrus notes and warming undertones of peppery spice. Topped with a glaze infused with El Rayo Plata Tequila, zesty lime, and aromatic basil, and finished with a glistening strip of candied lemon for the ultimate indulgence.

PRODUCTION STORAGE & HANDLING
Our processes try to ensure there are no cross-contamination between the vegan and original flavours. Whilst they are still made in the facility, all equipment and surfaces are sterilised before the vegan products are made.
We use peanuts and other nuts in some of our products. We have controls that separate nuts and peanuts from other ingredients, and limit the ability for contamination. However, we cannot guarantee that our products have zero contact with peanuts, nuts or other allergens.
