How do i place an order?
Order online at www.crosstown.co.uk/order-now and select England, Wales, & lowland Scotland. Follow the instructions to place an order for future deliveries.
Do you have a store in Stoke on Trent?
Currently, we do not have a store in Stoke on Trent. You’ll catch us on the roads every Tuesday – Saturday.
When will my order arrive?
Your vast majority of orders arrive before 12pm on the delivery date you selected during the checkout process (also noted on your order confirmation). On rare occasions, our courier partner experiences delays and your order may arrive the day after you selected. If this is the case, we will be in touch with you to discuss. Tracking can sometimes take a little while to update for us but we do our best to give you the most up-to-date information. You will receive an email on the day your order is collected from our bakery, and another email on the morning of delivery.
Do you deliver just outside of Stoke on Trent?
We sure do. We deliver our premium doughnuts & sweet treats across England, Wales, & lowland Scotland every Tuesday – Saturday.
Do you have nutritional information?
Crosstown doughnuts are crafted by hand using the best ingredients we can find. With the varied sizes and weights that come with artisan products, we’re unable to provide solid nutritional information. Our hybrid sourdough has less fat absorption when deep-fried due to the stronger crumb. All of our fillings, jams, toppings and glazes are made in-house from scratch.
