As a scratch bakery, the process begins with our team of adept bakers who create our signature sourdough and cake doughnut rings freshly every day.
They carefully handcraft the doughnut’s sourdough base, combining flour, water, and our diligently nurtured starter to form a supple, elastic dough. Once it has risen to perfection, acquiring its unique flavour and texture, they roll and cut the dough before frying it to a golden-brown hue, attaining the perfect balance between a crunchy exterior and a tender interior.
Our doughnuts are amply filled with our signature ganaches and jams, each crafted to provide a burst of flavour in every mouthful.
