Flavours are likely to include:

Black Forest – Creamy milk chocolate ice cream rippled with sweet cherry compote, then layered with chunks of almonds, resulting in an ice cream reminiscent of a Black Forest Gateau dessert.

Spiced Pumpkin Cake – We roast the very best seasonal pumpkins from a farm in Cambridgeshire with traditional autumnal spices, to create a velvety and delicious ice cream base, through which pieces of our pumpkin cake doughnut are folded.

Madagascan Vanilla – A classic Madagascan bourbon vanilla ice cream, slowly worked and aged for 36 hours to extract the delicate vanilla flavour. The essential ​silky base scoop on which on to build any great combination.
